Buildr is a platform operated by Tracked Inc. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Buildr, including creator storefronts, subdomains, and community tools.

By creating an account, subscribing to a creator, or otherwise using Buildr, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.

You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations that apply to you, including any restrictions on sports betting or wagering content in your location.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

Third-party providers such as Discord may be used for authentication. You are responsible for securing those linked accounts as well.

You agree not to share access to your account or use another person's account without authorization.

Buildr provides tools for creators to publish content, sell subscriptions, and manage communities. Creators control their branding, pricing, and member access.

Content published by creators is for informational and entertainment purposes only. Buildr does not provide betting advice, and we do not guarantee outcomes or winnings.

Payments are processed by third-party providers. When you purchase a subscription, you authorize those providers to charge your payment method.

Subscription terms, pricing, and refund policies are set by the creator and may be governed by additional third-party policies.

You agree not to misuse the platform or engage in conduct that harms Buildr, creators, or other members.

Buildr and its underlying software, branding, and design are owned by Tracked Inc. Creators retain ownership of their own content.

You receive a limited, non-transferable license to access content for your personal use. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute creator content without permission.

Sports betting involves risk. Buildr and creators do not guarantee results, and you are solely responsible for your betting decisions.

Buildr is not a sportsbook, bookmaker, or financial advisor. Use the platform at your own discretion.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if we are required to do so by law or a third-party provider.

You may stop using Buildr at any time. Subscription cancellations are subject to the creator's policies and third-party terms.

Buildr is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tracked Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Buildr or creator content.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the latest version in the app and update the effective date.

Your continued use of Buildr after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
